1. Q: How do I return/replacement the item?
A: If your item is defective, please contact us by email: support@kx-life.com with simple picture or video, we will process your issue ASAP.
2. Q: What to do when there are missing accessories?
A: Please do not hesitate to contact us by E-MAIL: support@kx-life.com, we will send you the replacement parts.
3. Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: We have not yet set up warehouses in countries outside the United States, if necessary, please contact us by email.
4. Q: How to tracking my package?
A: Please use you order ID & Email address or tracking number to tracking it on: https://www.kxlife.com/apps/parcelpane.
5. Q: What if I want to change my order details?
A: Please contact us at the first time: support@kx-life.com. After the order is sent, there is no way to change the content of the order. We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order.
6. Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we provide free shipping service to most parts of the United States. We will charge the corresponding freight in other countries, and customers need to bear the import tax.
7. Q: What payment options do you accept?
A: Later we will add new payment methods, such as VISA, JBC, Apple Pay, etc., but currently we only support Paypal payments.
8. Q: Do you have an influencer program?
A: Yes, we work with influencers on social media! Please email us at support@kx-life.com and let us know your name, username on Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Tiktok, or Facebook and tell us more about yourself. Tell us why you think you would be a good fit for our brand.
